Affiliation and Accreditation
Biblical University has not sought recognition with The National Universities Commission of Nigeria NUC because it does not fall into the category of education to be regulated by NUC. Our education provides knowledge, skills and expertise for Christian scholars and church workers for the growth of the work of God. Our researches are based on the opt of improving quality theological education and Christian professional efficiency. Our purpose is clear: Biblical University exists to equipping servant leaders for global ministry and since 2008 Biblical University has fulfilled its mission of preparing men and women for ministry.

BIBLICAL ACCREDITATION.

We are confident that your Spirit-anointed ministry is what will accredit our programmes and open doors before you for a continually expanding ministry. All our programmes are accredited by Association for Christian Higher Education and Theological Schools - ACHETS Incorporated. Formerly, Accreditation Commission for Education in Theology - ACET International. ACHETS primarily exists to offer accreditation and network & support services for Christian Educators and Christian Schools across the African continent and the world. The central purpose of ACHETS is to assist member institutions throughout Africa and the world in their quest for quality and excellence in Christian education programmes. ACHETS Incorporated is established with the power to accredit and provide support for all Christian colleges, universities and theological schools.
LEGAL STATUS.
Biblical University is duly Incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a Religious, and an Educational Institution to operate in Nigeria for religious (Christian) consumption.
CHARTERED STATUS.
We are a Chartered Private Christian University in Nigeria offering PhDs, Masters, Bachelors, Diplomas, and Certificate in Faith-Based Educational Courses.
PARTNERSHIP.
In partnership with ACHETS Missionary University.
AFFILIATION.
We are a member of Christian Educators Association International CEAI, Westlake, Ohio, USA. CEAI is a professional association for Christian educators in both public and private schools.
Our accreditation and affiliation provide assurance that the quality of our programmes is of the highest standard. Our programmes are therefore nationally and internationally comparable and the credits earned with us are truly “transferrable”, i.e. they can be transferred to other accredited religious educational institutions. The increasing number of international students confirms the acceptability of our programmes around the world.
